With the most "successful" Olympics going on,they think that they have made all people in the world believe that China has changed for the better.As a matter of fact,they only have a better disguise,which is for our "national interest" of course.In face of national interest,each individual's interest is totally negligeable.Don't ever tell me that it's for the long term,it's all for our own decendents,blah blah blah.We don't live in tommorrow,we live in today.And if our basic rights are not respected or even granted,we are then not sure any more if we should have any decendent to suffer from all these despicable violation of HRs.It's ture that this has never happened to me,but I'm gonna be old one day,like these two respectable and honorable old ladies,would I be ready for the sacrifice to the national interest?

The other joke is on "You and me" the song sung by Sarah Brightman and Liu Huan at the Olympic opening ceremony which is now said to be a song about rising oil and food prices, since "you" in Chinese is a homonym for oil (油) while "mi" sounds like rice (米).

2008北京奥运会开幕式音乐总监陈其钢在一个专访中透露，开幕式上那首震撼人心的《歌唱祖国》并非舞台上的“微笑天使”林妙可所唱，那个稚嫩、真挚的声音来自一位7岁的小女孩杨沛宜。

　　陈其钢透漏，杨沛宜小朋友的落选主要是因为考虑到对外形象，是为了国家利益。

对陈其钢的这个说法，部分网友表示认同，称林妙可与杨沛宜都是“英雄”。但是也有网友进行了反驳，认为“假唱不好，让小孩假唱更甚”、“请把最后一点纯真留给孩子”。

　　据悉，7岁的杨沛宜是北师大附中的学生，开幕式后，杨沛宜接受了央视记者的采访。当记者问她有没有觉得遗憾时，她回答说不遗憾，开幕式上有自己的声音已经很满足了。

Mr.CHEN Qigang,chief executive of music in the opening ceremony of Beijing 2008 Olympics has revealed in an interview that the raw and sincere voice we've heard in the opening ceremony was actually not from LIN Miaoke who has been metioned as "smiling angel",but from a 7-year-old girl,YANG Peiyi.

"Our little YANG Peiyi hasn't been chosen mostly because of her appearance(her buck teeth to be exact),which is in the interest of our nation."Mr.CHEN said.

Some of the netizens agreed with Mr.CHEN claiming both LIN and YANG heroes;while others disagreed and disapproved of lip-synching let alone that from a kid,they also urge the society to preserve the innocence and purity of the kids.

It is reported that YANG Peiyi is a primary school student from the Middle School attached to Beijing Normal University.After the ceremony,she accepted to be interviewed by a CCTV correspondent.She said that she had no regret at all and felt fully contented to have her own voice heard in the ceremony.

I hesitate to make a comment on that partly because pratically nobody reads my blog,and partly because I've been acting like a radical youth according to some friends of mine.But I just can't help,to hell with it all!!!

Alright,what I'm gonna say is that the whole story really reminds me of our national policy of building a creditable society.I wonder if they mean what they say at all.When in rome,do as the romans do;When in China,do as the CCP members do.Honestly,I'd say it's way too hard for u,my fellow chinese to be creditable, and there's a thousand and one miles to go,BON COURAGE!!!
